HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
There is no need to contact us before you return your goods, however, should you have any questions please email customerservice@orvis.co.uk to arrange your return. You can also return your item to Stockbridge Store.
Please ensure you have your proof of purchase. If you would like to exchange your item, our customer service team will be happy to help.
Please note that Orvis.co.uk purchases cannot be returned to Orvis Authorised Fishing Stockists.
If you purchased your item from an Orvis Authorised Fishing Stockist, you must return your purchase to that stockist directly. Orvis UK are not able to process returns or exchanges for items purchased from our authorised stockists.
MAY I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Of course! Please complete a Returns & Exchanges Form and return it to Orvis along with the merchandise. When we receive your exchange request and the returned item(s), we'll ship the replacement to you.
If you exchange items and order a different style, there may be a difference in price. Any balance owing will be returned to you at the time of dispatching your replacement order. If your replacement order is of a greater value than the return, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you prior to dispatching the order. If we are unable to supply the item you have requested, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you.
HOW DO I SEND ITEMS BACK TO YOU:
- Find a box and insert your item(s) for return.
- If you still have your order packing slip, include this in the box indicating what is being returned and details about any exchanges being requested, as well as the reason. No longer have the packing slip? You can print out a "Returns & Exchanges Form" to include with the return.
- Tape the box up tight!
- Return your items to:
