WHAT IS THE ORVIS REFUND POLICY?

All merchandise purchased from Orvis has the Orvis 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. 100% customer satisfaction has been our commitment, since 1856. Its who we are. If you aren’t happy with a product or service, we want to know about it. And we’ll make it right.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURNED ORDER?

The refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for your order unless you purchased you item before 14th March 2022. If this applies to you, please see below for more information. If you do not have proof of purchase, you will receive your refund via a gift card at the lowest selling price. 

AM I ABLE TO GET A REFUND FOR AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM ORVIS BEFORE 14TH MARCH 2022?

Yes. You will need to contact our customer services team on 0333 400 4188, or email customerservice@orvis.co.uk to discuss your eligibility for refund. Please be aware we will need your bank account details to process this refund through our new system.

WHY WEREN'T POST AND PACKING FEES REFUNDED?

The reason for the refund determines whether original post and packing fees are also included in the refund. If merchandise is returned because it is defective or because Orvis posted the wrong merchandise, then Orvis will refund the original post and packing fees. Otherwise, post and packing fees are not refunded, but you will be refunded for the original cost of the merchandise.
